TIME FOR MULTIVITAMIN

Staying healthy is very easy. You only need good nutrition that you can find from the food you eat. But sometime we do not have the right meal pattern. Thats time we need multivitamin to equalize with our dail activity. So when is the right time to take multivitamin?
The best time to take vitamin is in the morning during the breakfast time. Why? Because in the morning our body start absorbing nutrition that our body need to start activity. And will be much more good to take it with fresh orange juice. It will make multivitamin easy to absorb and asimilite on our body.
