Have Cup Of Tea

Tea the most popular beverages after water. Even there is tradition to drink tea. Tea is good for your health cos it’s contain polyphenols which give tea its antioxidant properties. Tea is also has ability to help us to relax cos it has caffeine on it but not as much as coffe.

Which one is your favourite tea? Black, red, or green? The darker the colour the more process the tea leaf have been through. But this process doesn’t remove the polyphenols. So all of this type of tea still have anti oxidant in it. Antioxidant may help you to protect your body from free radical damage. And tea have same high or higher antioxidant from fruit or vegetables.

Nowdays there are many product that name as herbal tea. Is it same with regular tea? Herbal tea is not derived from this leaf and so does not have this particular health-promoting properties. Indeed, most herbal teas in the market are NOT tea at all. They are only infusions made with herbs, flowers, roots, spices or other parts of some plants.

So lets have cup of tea. It goods for your health if you skip sugar and cream. And brew your tea for at least 3 - 5 minutes to bring out the beneficial polyphenols. Enjoy the aroma of tea!
