Againts Stretch Marks With Diet
Strecth marks are a form of scarring on the skin with a silvery white hue. They are caused by tearing of the dermis, and over time can diminish but not disappear completely. Stretch marks are the result of the rapid stretching of the skin associated with rapid growth (common in puberty) or weight gain (e.g. pregnancy).
There are some method to diminish strecth mark. The most important thing is to keep your skin healthy. The degree of success with any treatment will be impacted by your age, your skin tone and even your diet.
So what kind of diet you must follow to make your skin healthy? It’s start with proper water intake cos water will keep your skin soft and less likely to develop stretch marks. Avoid caffeine cos it’s can increase the risk of strecth mark. Nutrional deficiency can also result stercth mark. Here some healthy food for your skin :
- Nut and fish are food rich with zinc
- All food that contain vitamin A,C,D such as carrot , citrus fruit and milk
- All food with high protein such as Egg
