The Power Of Yoga
Yoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India. Yoga is mixture between body strength , body flexibility and body balance. Yoga is not bout competition so when you practicing yoga , you must know your body strength. Cos every human body have different strength.
With yoga you got two thing , body health and soul health. Yoga teach you bout how to practice meditation. How to control you anger. How to control your breathe. And how to get along with nature. So it’s good for managing stress.
And also yoga can heal some disease , like high blood preasure, fix insomnia problem and many other body problem. Just give a shot , and try give your body and soul exercise with yoga.
