Take 30 Minute Walk

Thirty minutes of brisk daily walking can do a lot of good for your heart, a new study says.
The two-year study of 500 sedentary men and women aged 30 to 69 found that walking for 30 minutes a day five or more days a week at either a moderate or high intensity or high intensity three to four times a week led to significant long-term improvements in cardiorespiratory fitness.
“The bottom line is that 30 minutes of walking on five to seven days a week provides substantial health benefits,” said Steven Blair of the Cooper Institute in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
