Just Do It : Starting Your Exercise
What you do all day? Went to office, using car, taking lift, sitting all day infront of computer, eating junk food for lunch. Then going back home, eating lot carbs and calorie. Sit back on your favorite sofa and exercise your finger with tv remote. No wonder you your weight is increasing for time to time.
Do you ever think bout exercise ? Sometime, when you feel so difficult to stand up from your chair. And when you start feel very short of breathe. Many time you said to your self, tomorrow I will go for exercise. Tomorrow I’ll be start jogging. Tomorrow I’ll be applying for fitness member. But as time go bye exercise just stay in mind.
Do you know ? Physical inactivity has been associated with the risk of obesity and chronic medical conditions such as heart disease and diabetes
So when you already think bout exercise, just get your running shoes get out there and start jogging or exercise. Just don’t give time to your brain to think otherwise. Once you give time to your brain, you’ll be thinking tomorrow will be ok to
