• Exercise, human was born to be active. Exercise will make your heart muscle stronger, fixing blood circulation, decreasing high blood preasure, increasing good cholesterol HDL, controlling sugar level on your blood and last but not least keep you away from obesity problem.
• Dringking water, water is very importan for our body. Enough water will make us more energize and decresing our eating desire.
• Enjoy your meal, when you enjoying your meal you will feel more positive bout life and might reduce your eating behaviour.
