Cabbage Soup Diet

The idea is to lose weight with eating as much as cabbage soup diet. This diet have very strict rule. On this diet you only can eat certain food. No alcohol is allowed and other drinks are limited to water, and unsweetened fruit juice on days when fruit is allowed.For the cabbage soup recipes is vary. You can use all soup recipe, but you must add cabbage, onions, tinned tomatoes, green peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms and onion soup mix.
But is it cabbage soup diet really work for loosing weigth? It’s only work on short term. People who using this method will loose weight very quickly. But it’s not fat burning it just lost water and water tissue. This cabbage soup diet method will make people starve each day , when you got starve it will slowdown your body metabolism.
