The idea is to lose weight with eating as much as cabbage soup diet. This diet have very strict rule. On this diet you only can eat certain food. You can use all soup recipe, but you must add cabbage, onions, tinned tomatoes, green peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms and onion soup mix.
But is it cabbage soup diet really work for loosing weigth? It’s only work on short term. People who using this method will loose weight very quickly.
